Order Processing Time

*Please allow 3-6 working days for an order to be processed. In the case of pre-orders, allow 2-3 weeks. 

*When an order has been placed, you will receive an email stating so. Once it has been shipped, a follow-up email with a tracking number will be sent.

Order Enquiry 

*When inquiring about an order, include your order number in the email. 

*Do not email us about an order if it is still within the preorder/shipping time frame.

*For orders outside the UK allow 10-14 business days.
